Do you or your team enter into agreements for IT services, software, hardware or professional services? Does your Unit use Cloud solutions to solve your business problems? If the answer is yes to any of those questions, then this panel session is for you.
Earlier in this year, a systemwide workgroup rebuilt Appendix DS in order to make it simpler and easier to use, and to be Supplier friendly.
In this session, our panel will discuss when UC’s Data Security Appendix (DS) should be used, how to use it, who can change it and how it plays with UC’s Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Appendix, GDPR Appendix and BAA. Attendees will learn what has changed from the old version and why the workgroup made the changes they did. We’ll talk through ways to successfully manage cyber risk using the features of DS.
CISOs, privacy officials, counsel, purchasing leads, security leads, Unit Information Security Leads, project managers, business analysts, IT Leads, compliance officials, and policy ambassadors will all benefit from this panel discussion.
Previous Knowledge
Attendees will get the most out of this session if they have some familiarity with UC’s contracting terms and conditions plus a beginning understanding of cyber security.
